1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Sky IA Solution Automation Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website (https://skyiasolution.com/), submitting requests for quotation (RFQs), purchasing instrumentation products, or using our technical engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Industrial Process Specifications & Media Compatibility
Process measurement instrumentation operates in critical industrial environments. The Client retains sole responsibility for providing precise process operating conditions, including but not limited to:
- Chemical composition, concentration, pH, viscosity, and corrosiveness of process fluids and slurries.
- Operating and peak process temperatures, pipeline line pressure, and pulsation dynamics.
- Presence of entrained gases, abrasive solids, or high-viscosity media.
- Hazardous area safety classifications (ATEX, IECEx Zone 0/1/2, SIL2 safety requirements).
Sky IA Solution provides engineering sizing calculations and model recommendations in good faith based on the data submitted by the client.
3. Quotations, Pricing & Validity
All formal quotations issued by Sky IA Solution are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation unless explicitly specified otherwise. Prices are quoted exclusive of applicable import duties, customs tariffs, freight insurance, and regional taxes unless agreed upon in writing.
4. Warranty, Liability & Limitations
Sky IA Solution warrants all manufactured hardware instruments (flowmeters, pressure transmitters, level gauges, and RTD temperature assemblies) against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from commissioning or eighteen (18) months from the date of dispatch.
This warranty does not cover: mechanical damage, improper electrical wiring, lightning surges, chemical corrosion exceeding specified alloy ratings, or unauthorized field modifications. Under no circumstances shall Sky IA Solution be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of plant production or process downtime.
5. Intellectual Property & Technical Schematics
All dimensional drawings, CAD step files, calibration algorithms, and technical documentation are the proprietary intellectual property of Sky IA Solution Automation Co., Ltd. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
